Order Processing Time: At T-Hive, we strive to process and ship all orders within 2 business days. Please note that orders placed after 5 PM GMT or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: We offer standard shipping across the UK with an estimated delivery time of 5 business days from the date of order. Please be aware that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or adverse weather conditions.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. We aim to keep shipping fees as low as possible to provide you with the best value.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through our carrier's website.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We are working towards offering international shipping in the near future.
Customs and Import Duties: As we only ship within the UK, customs and import duties do not apply.
Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
